• Ordering Prints: Our prints are individually printed to order. Orders will be processed once payment has cleared and are non-refundable. You must be over 18 to purchase prints from this site. Prints may not be purchased for the express purpose of resale.
• Order Confirmation: When you place an order through our WooCommerce portal, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as an acknowledgment of your purchase but does not confirm the acceptance of the order. Acceptance occurs only once payment is successfully processed and your order is dispatched.
• Payment: Payments for artworks, prints, and any services are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment gateway. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment details and authorize us to process your payment for any orders placed.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP (£), and prices are subject to change without prior notice. The final price, including any applicable taxes or shipping fees, will be displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
• Shipping costs are calculated during checkout using a fixed rate based on the delivery address and are indicated in your shopping basket. International orders may attract additional costs. Orders will be dispatched within 14 business days from the date of purchase, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply for international shipments.
• Returns and Refunds: As all artworks and limited edition prints are custom-ordered, all sales are final. However, if the product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, providing a detailed description and clear photos of any damage to the packaging or artwork, to arrange for a replacement or refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
